Position Summary:

Elevato is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Executive Officer who can service clients and lead the team with an effective business strategy that optimizes the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for the staff, oversee team initiatives, and help make robust decisions that elevate the company’s financial and operational performance. As the senior leader at Elevato, the Chief Executive Officer will foster a positive, inspiring, and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to actively work toward companywide goals and client service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Business Strategies and Plans:
    • Create high-quality business strategies and plans that align with both short-term and long-term objectives.
    • Ensure these strategies guide the company toward profitability and growth.
    • Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
    • Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
  2. Lead and Motivate Subordinates:
    • Inspire and motivate employees to enhance engagement and foster a high-performing managerial team.
    • Effective leadership ensures smooth organizational operations.
  3. Oversee Operations and Business Activities:
    • Develop client base and service clients
    • Monitor all operations and business activities to achieve desired results.
    • Ensure consistency with the overall strategy and mission.
  4. Make High-Quality Investing Decisions:
    • Drive business advancement by making informed investing decisions.
    • Balance financial considerations while considering the human factor.
  5. Enforce Legal Compliance and Ethical Practices:
    • Uphold legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and ethical standards.
  6. Build Trust Relations:
    • Establish trust with key partners, stakeholders, and shareholders.
    • Act as a point of contact for critical relationships.
  7. Solve Problems and Company Growth:
    • Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of markets and industry trends.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role.
  • Track record in running a consulting business
  • Sustainability consulting experience
  • Project and change management experience
  • Management consulting experience
  • Business mindset with the ability to see the “big picture.”
  • Strong managerial and strategic planning skills.
  • Financial acumen and legal awareness.

Employment Requirements:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience
  • At least 10 years experience in working with a global consulting firm at a senior level will be an advantage
  • Advanced degree or Master’s Degree in Management or Business
  • Certification in Marketing, Project Management, Sustainability
